4mi cd ran with Ryan
- Wed - 11 mi w/ Ryan at practice around Fulton
- Thu - 6.83 mi, SNOW and ICE - ran Stinson Creek Trail and
around Fulton before practice time
- Fri - 9.63 mi WORKOUT = 10min wu, 20x 1min on/30sec
rest, cool down, did workout on campus roads due to them being clear of
snow/ice
- Sat - 12.7 mi @ Katy Trail w/ Ryan early morning before
work - ran from Mokane out just past Tebbetts and then back. Negative
split the whole run (45min out, 42:02 back)
- Sun - 4.83 mi after work Stinson Creek Trail loop

January 16th - January 22nd:
- Mon - 7.66 mi TRACK WORKOUT - 20x400s (I did 12x400
modified) - Ran 1st 4 with Ryan, then ran every other one with him after
that. Avg around 68-69. WINDY!
- Tue - 10 mi w/ the guys at practice
- Wed - 5 mi, ran threshold with Kristi at practice
- Thu - 15.4 mi | 10.4mi AM around town before practice,
5mi PM @ CH FF Social Run w/ Brian and Jeff

January 23rd - January 29th:
- Mon - 8.15 mi TRACK WORKOUT -
1600/1200/800/4x400/4x200 with 200m jog rest, ran w/ Ryan, Samples and
Zach. WINDY!
- Tue - 8.01 mi at practice with the guys, fun run!
- Wed - 10.6 mi @ MKT in the morning THRESHOLD WORKOUT -
2mi warmup, 3-2-1mi cutdown threshold w/ .25mi easy jog rest, 2.1mi cool
down - avg 5:30 pace for threshold runs

- Fri - 0 mi
- Sat - 6.55 mi along Stinson Creek Path before work
