August 1st - August 7th: move out to Fulton for Grad School

easy run with the guys (3.82mi) and then 6mi on Katy Trail marking it for
workout

THRESHOLD run with the guys, 4.66mi PM @ FE Speedwork (Windsprints 200
on / 200 off for 5K)

- Fri - 13.2 | 7.04mi AM WORKOUT - 4xMile cutdowns,
6.16mi PM Stinson Creek loop
- Sat - 11.64 mi | 4.62mi AM True Grit Challenge 5K,

August 22nd - August 28th: opted to take some time off finally
due to right shin bugging me, new record though! 231 straight days =
