Fartlek on MKT trail - 10min warm up / 5 x 2min on and 1min off then 5 x 1min on
and 2min off / 10min cool down
Jan 28th = 2x3 mile threshold (ran w/ athletes at practice)
Feb 13th = 10
mile progressive run
Mar 26th = 3xMile w/ 2min rest (ran w/ Cheryl at her
pace for practice)
Apr 2nd = 10-20-10 threshold on MKT from Stadium access
Apr 4th = 3mi - 2mi - 1mi thresholds on MKT plus hilly road loop (2mi portion)
starting/ending at Stadium
