- Sun - 14.37 mi @ Katy Trail - Weldon Springs to Klondike
and back plus a little extra. Easy long run for 100 min early in the
morning - good run! Took the final two splits once I hit 100min and
then turned back to jog the rest to the car, hence the slower pace.
Overall very good run and my longest excluding any races in a long while!

.49mi to finish it off at an even 16 miles. 8 miles in 54:56 and
turned back at 55 minutes out - ran with water bottle again on this run -
much better than Friday's workout!
