July 10th - 10 x 800s w/ 1 minute rest
No idea exactly what pace for these, so I figured it was anywhere between 2:30 and 2:40. I joined the high school kids on this workout in the evening today. My friend Pod came up and ran with me as we took turns leading each 800. I felt really good on these, no problems. Perhaps I should have gone a little quicker on the first few, but oh well. I picked it up as I felt good. Below are the splits (* denotes those that I lead):
