Marathon Pace Charts - NEW!

After my Mardi Gras marathon, took a week off, then started running which went well for 1 week, the following Monday I awoke to some nagging knee pain - ever since I have been dealing with an alignment issue and tight IT band which has prohibited me from really running any mileage since that 1 week of running....but I am slowly getting better, but I am far from 100%......frustrated, but in some ways I guess this is a nice break - kinda stinks though now the weather is starting to get nicer.  Ah well. 

 

Posted my 2008 race results in the link above, and also adding graph charts of my marathon paces - took me long enough eh?  Don't worry I am thinking of other things to be adding shortly!

Began implementing supplemental training into my routine back in early Dec '07, so listed below is the list and my abbreviation to be used in my log:

  • CP = Coordination Plyos
  • 5MA = 5 min abs
  • WT = Wall Touches
  • FD = Hip Flexibility Hurdle Drills
  • LC = La Cruz
  • P = Planks
  • HD = Heel Drops
  • T = Theraband
  • 7.5MA = 7.5 min abs
  • EP = Explosive Plyos
  • SD = Sprint Drills
