10 x 800m @ 2:40-45 w/ 30sec rest + 6mi road run

10x800 @ 2:40-45 pace w/ 30sec rest. Basically just feel comfortable on the
track and smooth, then after that go do a 6 mile road run at normal pace,
followed by some strides.
Weather was pretty nice compared to the last 2 days, a bit windy but thankfully
that didn't play a factor in this one. Split 2:44 / 2:40 / 2:39 / 2:38 / 2:39 /
2:38 / 2:39 / 2:38 / 2:37 / 2:35 on the 800s and felt good. Used the first 1 to
get a feel, then just ran how I felt the rest of them.
I finished a little after school just let out so after I slipped on my shoes
Brad had come out and was about to do a 10 miler, so we ran a 6 mile loop
together (6:42 avg) and then he tacked on more later. Again, felt good. Did some
strides afterwards - feet didn't really feel like they had shoes on as it was a
bit rought, but got the legs turning over again at least.
