Paces - Mile = 5:15-5:20, 1200 = 3:45-3:50, 800 = 2:25-2:30, 400 = blast
Great workout! Sunny and not too windy. Cold though. Ran easy on the Dunhill segment for each rest period, covering around 1.6 miles each time. Ran a 2 mile warmup plus drills before hand, got in about a mile or so cool down with some of the high school guys, then ran the warmup with Serena who showed up later to do her workout on the track. Felt very relaxed and comfortable in this workout - MUCH better than last weeks!
