Paces - 2:32 first set of 4, 2:27 second set of 4 and 2:22 for last set of 4
Not a good workout - went out too fast in the beginning and paid for it. Felt fine until numbers 6 and 7, and then my legs just didn't seem to want to go any faster - I began to struggle with the leg turnover. Weather wasn't too bad - but it was a good 15+ mph head wind for at least 150-200m worth (the backstretch) and that definitely played a major role late in the workout as my body fatigued.
