October 13th - 4 x 2 Miles @ 5:20-5:25 pace w/ 2min rest

    Same as Monday's workout, only 4 2miles and no 10 mile run after.  Ran up at Marquette's track this time, trying to squeeze this in before their homecoming football game that night.  Weather was chillier and much more windy!  Probably a good 300m length head wind for most of the workout.  Serena decided to join me in this workout, running the first and last 1200m of the 1st and 2nd 2 miles, then alternated 800m the last 2 (running the first 800 of each mile basically) and then jumped in the last 200m of the final set to help me finish.  It was a great workout despite the weather and helped a bunch having Serena run with me.  In the first one or two had a football graze by one leg, but didn't bother me too much.  Luckily we finished just before the place got crazy, perfect timing!  Ran Dunhill for a cool down, then jumped in the ice bath.
