May 3rd - 8 x 600m @ 1:42 w/ 200m jog recovery (68 sec 400 split)

    Rainy day!  Thunderstorm passed through delaying workout a little bit.  Left leg back of knee really tight, could definitely feel it during the cool down - most likely just from racing in track spikes this past weekend (5K, 1500 and the 800).  Ran this before work, after workout the weather was nice again.  Tim was timing me through this workout.  First two felt good, the 3rd one I began to feel it on the last 200m and the rest became more of a struggle really the final 300m of each, especially between 400 and 500 on that final curve!
