May 19th - 10 x 1000m @ 3:15 w/ 200m jog rest

    Good workout - weather was nice, warm and sunny.  Hamstring didn't bother me much on this workout, ran around campus for warmup till Tim arrived.  Averaged around 38-39 splits fore ach 200, some were 40 and some faster than 38.  Coach Tim yelled each 200m split for me.  If legs still felt good then I was going to aim to pick it up the last 3, which felt great as well.
