Decided to run this on the roads instead of the track - it was getting dark out when I started this after work so instead of being bored to death on a track thought the roads would be a change. Ended up being more of a challenge with the hills, and my body just felt flat - struggled to get faster on this, and the hills towards the end of the loop (finishing on Country Ridge) just took me out. Not the best run that is for sure.
