Windy day. Ran about 2 hours after eating - big mistake. First mile and some of the second one felt fine, but body started feeling it the last 2 miles. Tried to go out at a decent pace to begin with and hold on, but became more of a battle with the wind, using more energy just to maintain. Sunny out, and at times felt over heated. Only ran a mile progressive for warmup since it was in the afternoon and didn't take much to get the body loosened. Jogged a lap after before heading out on a cool down (Target loop).
