April 23rd - 12 x 200m @ 34-35 w/ 100m jog rest
Great workout - felt just like Sunday's workout. Weather was a LOT colder - 49 degrees and WINDY! Ran a short 1 mile easy warm up prior to running workout, then ran a short cool down from school before heading to work to grab some lunch. Felt nice and relaxed and strong on all the 200s. 42 sec average on the rest
