April 23rd - 12 x 400m @ 74-75 w/ 100m jog rest
Great workout - felt very easy and not exhausted at all. Rest time was to be 100m jog, or basically 60 sec worth - never got more than 51 sec though really, and some were more about 38-40 sec rest. Ran a mile easy warm up on track and then did a long cool down avg close to 7:00 pace. Averaged 43-44 sec recovery time overall.
