April 12th - 8 x 400s @ 68-70 sec w/ 200m jog rest

    Workout with Margaret from Mo Bap up at Priory's track.  Coach Tim timed us.  We ran around campus for warm up (1.25mi) and then did some strides before.  I ran in flats.  We ran together the first 4, then on the 5th one she got a little out in front of me and was 1 sec faster each time.  I split 68 on all but 2 - the 2nd and the 3rd to last one (70 and 69 respectively).  Afterwards we walked a lap, jogged a lap then did deceleration strides (x4).  I had to leave and she had to get to dinner so I ended up pushing a longer cool down off till later that evening.
